• Zachary V. Jackson Jr., 37, of Ithaca, was charged Nov. 19 with second-degree assault, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Albert S. Ware, 39, of 69´«Ã½, was charged Nov. 19 with imitation controlled substance first offense.

• Ricky A. White, 49, Locke, was charged Nov. 19 with third-degree criminal trespass and two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
