Video: Make-A-Wish community celebrates with Carolyn Symeon

Carolyn Symeon, 20, of Locke, was diagnosed at 17 with a rare form of leukemia. On Tuesday, Make-A-Wish Central New York fulfilled her dream of having her own horse sand ring so she can continue training to ride horses competitively.
